Processing of Personal Data

In accordance with the Law, any operation performed on personal data, including but not limited to the collection, recording, storage, alteration, disclosure, transmission, acquisition, making available, classification, or use, either fully or partially automated or non-automated, is considered as the "processing of personal data."

Purpose of Processing

Establishing communication regarding the products and services you have received/will receive,
Presenting product/service offers and utilizing them in other marketing activities,

The processing of your personal data will be carried out within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law.

Recipients of the Data and Purpose of Transfer

Your personal data collected by the Company may be transferred to business partners, suppliers, shareholders, group companies, software companies, and technology companies providing support domestically, and to health professionals providing services in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law.

Method of Collection and Legal Basis

Your personal data may be collected by the COMPANY through various methods, such as statements, application forms, forms filled out on the website, documents requested to create personnel files, various contracts, information forms, surveys, job application forms, social media applications, forms filled out on the website, security camera images, and any kind of written, verbal, electronic methods, either automatic or non-automatic, to be used within the scope of the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy and purposes specified in the legislation, within the authority of data processing.

Storage Period of Personal Data

The Company will keep personal data during the period specified in this Privacy Policy and the relevant legislation, taking into account the purposes of processing and the legal requirements. In addition, in case of any dispute that may arise between the data subject and the Company, the Company may keep personal data for the limited purpose of performing the necessary defenses within the scope of the dispute and for the statutory limitation periods.

Commitments and Precautions for Data Security

The Company commits to taking necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure an appropriate level of security for preventing personal data from being processed unlawfully, accessed unlawfully, and preserving personal data. To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the Law,
To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data solely through automated systems,
To demand the compensation of the damage in case personal data is processed unlawfully and causes harm.

You can submit your requests regarding the rights listed above by filling out the application form on our website in accordance with the instructions, sending a signed copy of the form in person with identity documents to the address, or sending the form by notary or other methods specified in the Law to the address. In case additional costs arise, the Company reserves the right to charge a fee in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
